Dear Parents

Greetings!  I am extremely excited about this year’s cool Vacation Bible School adventure, Seaquest: Diving for God’s Treasure!   Our VBS staff can’t wait to see God glorified through the teaching of His Word and declaration of the Good News!

I hope you’ll take a moment to look over the few items below to help make this year’s VBS run smoothly:

¨ Please pre-register all children, including guests if possible.  Pick up extra registration forms for guests and bring them back when completed. Pre-registration is one of the most important ways you can help avoid the chaos that comes on day one of VBS!!

¨ Please accurately and completely fill out your registration forms.  Pay special attention to food allergies and authorized persons to pick up your child.  Also, please ensure that we have a number on record to reach you in case of emergency.

¨ Please have your children leave personal items (i.e. toys, stuffed animals, electronic games, etc.) at home during VBS.

¨ Please drop your children off by 8:45 a.m.  Our opening begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

¨ Please plan to “sign-out” your children each day following the closing assembly.  I know this is an inconvenience, but one lost child is too great a cost!  Please be patient with our staff as they try to get each child signed out as quickly and accurately as possible.  Instructions on where to sign out your children will be posted at the church during VBS.

¨ Please plan to attend the closing program & picnic Friday, August 6th, 12:00 p.m.  Everyone is invited!

¨ Please pray for our Penny Drive for Missions Project.  This year we’ll be featuring Eleanor Timmerman who served more than 30 years as a missionary teacher in Mexico.   If we reach our goal, who knows what might happen!

¨ Please pray for our all of our staff and the children during Vacation Bible School.

¨ Finally, join us for the Annual VBS Carnival, Wednesday, July 28th, 5-7 p.m.!!
